EasyGrow is an automation platform that helps tradesmen grow their online presence through:

  • AI-generated website creation
  • Automated blog post generation
  • AI-powered image generation
  • Automated social media posting (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Google Business Profile management

3. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. Social Media Connections

By connecting your Facebook, Instagram, or Google accounts, you authorize EasyGrow to:

  • Access your account information as permitted by you
  • Post content on your behalf to connected accounts
  • Read engagement metrics from your posts

You can disconnect these accounts at any time through your Settings.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not violate any social media platform's terms of service
  • Not use the Service to post spam, misleading, or harmful content
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your business information and any content you provide. Content generated by our AI tools is licensed to you for your business use. We do not claim ownership of content posted to your social media accounts.

7. Payment and Subscription

Paid features require an active subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Limitation of Liability

EasyGrow is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to issues with social media platforms, content moderation, or account restrictions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your Settings or by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
